This goofy little picture comes from outside our apartment building in Philly. I’m not sure who decorated the tree this way, but it’s been there since we moved here. I love it! It reminds me of something from a children’s book. I especially like Mr. Tree’s bushy moustache!

That is funny! Philly rules. We didn’t move here until 2020, though. Previously, I lived in Delco for years. We briefly lived in Fairmount and South Philly, too.
Yeah but had to up and move to warmer climates again. But, Philly will always be in my blood. 😉
Nice! Philly is great – I’ve lived here pretty much my whole life. Check out a show on HBO called “Mare of Easttown.” It’s based in a fictional town in Delco. The characters have the accents and everything!

ohhhh I don’t get HBO, but I did hear Kate Winslet interviewed about this show recently and how she worked with a philly speech coach, lol.
Haha yeah. People up here in Delco are loving the spotlight. Kate Winslet also raved about Wawa! She does the accent pretty well. And it’s actually a really good show; not just because it’s based in Delco lol.
Wawa is a “thing” down here now, with all the transplants it’s no doubt.
